This page describes information handled by the request, quote, and job features in this app.
Service requests
A service request saves the work details you enter and a reply email. It can also include optional location, requested-service or scope, and timing or site-access details. The private return link lets you review or update the saved request.
Quote decisions and job replies
When you respond to a quote, the decision and selected quote version are saved. If you accept it, the job keeps the terms saved for that version, including its scope, price, timing, payment, exclusions, and cancellation details. Replies to staff information requests are saved with the job.
Transactional email
The app attempts transactional emails for request receipts, quote messages, acceptance confirmations, and job updates. An email provider accepting a message does not confirm delivery to your inbox. Your private request or quote link remains the route for reviewing the saved information and available actions.
